Why aren't there any sneeze jokes?

Earlier this week, I had coffee with a faculty member and discussed what made things "funny". Based on my research on news satire, I said incongruity. Something happens - a certain word or action - that is unexpected.

We got to talking about body humor: many body emissions are funny. Farts are funny. Poop is funny. Boogers are funny. Burps are funny. Some other actions are funny, too: narcolepsy is funny, though seizures are not. Trips and stumbles are funny. Walking into walls is funny. Hitting one's head is funny.

So, why aren't sneezes funny?
